What do I need to know about my first session?

Your first session is generally an evaluation. We take your health history, talk to you about your goals, and take some body measurements. From there, we show you the proper way to warm up and then move on to your workout. Wear or bring your workout clothes.

What are your hours of operation?

We're all about flexibility. Our trainer meet with clients between 5:00am and 8:00pm by appointment. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, we do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Will there be other people there for our meetings?

One of the things our clients love the most about our studio, is that it’s a private facility. This includes your nutrition coaching, which is in a private office with just you and your coach.

Is your gym Covid safe?

We go above and beyond CDC guidelines to provide a safe gym environment. We clean common areas every two hours and we use a hospital-grade disinfectant that leaves no residue and has no harmful effects on the skin! We do monthly surface testing for cleanliness.
